Contrary to the widely held belief, getting your small business on the internet is not too difficult … if it is done correctly. We have successfully put many small businesses on the web and can assist you with bringing your business into the way of the future. That is the way of the internet.

We like to make everything as easy as possible. There are no complex diagrams or technical jargon to weigh you down. When you speak with a member of our team, you will hear plain English and talk to you from a business perspective, not a technical perspective. This business perspective is crucial as it is quite likely you aren’t too concerned about programming languages. Our clients tell us that they care about what they see on the surface, not the underlying technical coding. But don’t let that fool you, as your website will be designed by state of the art technicians skilled in the area of website development.

With the above in mind, we have developed this simple explanation of how you get a website with us. To make things easier, we have put it in a timeline format. These are estimates only and your site may vary from below. Your account manager will keep you informed throughout the process.

A typical small business website will go as follows.

Day 1

  • Consultant visits you for up to an hour at your premises or home.
  • You sign on with us to design and develop the website for you.
  • Together we will fill in our proprietary questionnaire, asking you a few simple questions on how you want the site to look and what you want it to do.
  • On this day, you should provide your logo, any images for the home page and anything else you deem necessary to come up with an initial design.

Day 4

  • You will view the first version of your home page only.

Day 5

  • You will provide feedback to your account manager on the site. This will include a clear list of any likes and dislikes, including any changes you deem necessary.

Day 8

  • You will view the second version of your home page only, which has incorporated any changes requested.

Day 9

  • You approve the home page and give consent to complete the rest of the website
  • Text for entire website is due.

Day 13

  • Website is completed

Day 14

  • Website is submitted to search engines
  • Email addresses set up.
  • Our monthly All-in-one program commences.
